โครงการ 2025 Nestlé Technical & Production (T&P) Trainee เป็นโครงการผู้จัดการฝึกหัดสายวิศวกรรมและการผลิต 

ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้เข้ารับการอบรม การพัฒนาศักยภาพการเป็นผู้นำ มีโอกาสหมุนเวียนไปทำงานในแผนกงานที่เกี่ยวกับการผลิตเป็นเวลา 18 เดือน

เพื่อให้เกิดความชำนาญและก้าวต่อไปในการทำงานที่เนสท์เล่อย่างยั่งยืน 

ที่สำคัญ!!! ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับการบรรจุเป็นพนักงานประจำ (permanent) ของเนสท์เล่ทันที! 

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

กำลังจะจบการศึกษาภายในเดือน พ.ค. 2568 หรือจบแล้วและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่เกิน 3 ปี ในสาขาวิชา วิศวกรรมเคมี, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ,

วิศวกรรมแมคคาทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร, เทคโนโลยีการอาหารหรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.7

มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และสามารถสื่อสารได้ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

The 2025 Nestlé Technical & Production (T&P) Trainee Program is a management trainee program focused on engineering and production.

Participants will receive training and leadership development and will have the opportunity to rotate through production-related departments for 18 months.

This is to gain expertise and advance in a sustainable career at Nestlé.

More importantly, participants in the program will be immediately hired as permanent employees of Nestlé!

Qualifications for Applicants:

Must be graduating by May 2025 or have graduated with no more than 3 years of work experience in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,

Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, or other related fields

Cumulative GPA of no less than 2.7

Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate well in both Thai and English
